I come here often since they serve decent jerk chicken meals ( with fried plantain and coleslaw ) for a reasonable price (£14 in Feb 2025). The portion is huge and always manages to fill me up.

I used to love coming here when it was called ‘Juicy Jerk’ and all the workers were the same people and the familiar faces made the experience great. But now since it’s ’Sweet dees’, the chefs and cashiers seem to change ALL the time. Me and my husband usually get the jerk wrap and I’m not sure what’s happened, but the quality is so up and down. Some days it taste like the old times but most days, the chicken is so strange with lots of chewy skin and one time it was pink, I threw it away AND also another thing that’s so aggravating, is that since they changed over names, they started charging extra for avocado but they’ve failed to change it on the menu so it looks like it’s part of the ‘fillings option’ but it’s not, and every time I ask for avocado, they say it’s extra and I ask why it’s not been updated and they say they’ve not gotten around to it . . . It’s been 1-2 years now they’ve been saying it I still like it but I no longer crave it like I used to the vibrant, bubbly vibe has gone

I’ve visit Sweet dees jerk a few years ago and they don’t disappoint. I ordered Sweet dees Jerk on UberEats, on arrive the food was still hot! I ordered the boneless jerk chicken thighs and rice n peas with seasoned Fries, and their jerk sauce the food tasted great!! Definitely recommend
